Delivery and Processing time

Every product is handmade with care.
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies.
You will  find the processing time on the each product description. 

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Shipping upgrade is also available at checkout.

Express Post service is seeing significant delays in delivery. This means that parcels shipped via Express Post could take five business days or more to reach their destination.

Returns

We aim to provide accurate size guideline with centimeters and inches. You can find the guideline on each product description. Please take time to read it as we are not able to accept any returns because the size is not what you expected.

We do our best to photograph the products, but please note that the image colour may appear differently according to your monitor.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact info@mihotchstitch.com within 14 days of delivery.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
